Installation and Use of CQB Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump

1. The pump should be installed horizontally and should not be erected. The plastic pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must be upwards.
2. When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis centerline, just open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis centerline, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
3. Before use, check whether the motor fan rotates flexibly without jamming or abnormal noise, and tighten all fasteners.
4. Check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the magnetic pump rotation mark.
5. After the motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve. When the pump enters normal working condition, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening degree.
6. Before stopping work, first close the discharge valve, and then close the suction pipe valve.

1. Before maintenance and disassembly of the stainless steel magnetic pump, make preparations, understand the pump structure, read relevant maintenance materials, understand spare parts, prepare necessary disassembly tools, and prepare necessary safety protection tools.
2. During the maintenance and disassembly of the stainless steel magnetic pump, it should be carried out by dedicated personnel, and correct disassembly tools and safety protection equipment should be used.
3. During the maintenance and disassembly of the stainless steel magnetic pump, handle the parts gently and never use excessive force to avoid unnecessary equipment damage and personnel injuries.
4. The disassembled and assembled parts must be properly disposed of and stored to avoid damage and loss of parts of the stainless steel magnetic pump.
