Product Usage
- For the bearing body parts, the original 35, 50, and 60 bearing bodies are replaced with 45, 55, and 70 bearing bodies, which improves reliability.
- The hydraulic model of the energy-saving pump is adopted in the hydraulic flow part, which is 5-8% higher than the efficiency of the old Y-type oil pump on average.
- In order to maintain inheritance, the structure type, installation size, and performance parameter range of AY-type oil pumps remain the same as those of Y-type oil pumps, which is convenient for retrofitting old devices.
- The parts have a high degree of generalization, and the common standard parts are shared by several series of products.
- Material selection. The main body is mainly made of Class II and III materials, and the bearing body and other parts are increased to two types of cast steel and cast iron, which provide favorable conditions for cold areas, cold areas, open-air use, and marine use.
- There are three types of bearings: air cooling, fan cooling, and water cooling, which are selected according to the different operating temperatures of the pump. Among them, fan cooling is especially suitable for areas with water shortage or poor water quality.
