Horizontal axial flow circulation pump
FJX evaporative crystallization circulation pump the use of impeller rotation along the direction of the pump shaft horizontal thrust work, so also known as horizontal axial flow pump. It is mainly used in the evaporation, concentration, and cooling of diaphragm caustic soda, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt making, lactic acid, calcium lactate, alumina, titanium white powder, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, sodium chlorate, sugar making, molten salt, papermaking, wastewater, and other industries, in order to improve the production capacity of equipment and increase the heat transfer coefficient of heat exchanger for forced circulation. Therefore, it can also be called an axial flow evaporation crystallization circulation pump.
working principle
FJX-type forced circulation pump does not rely on the centrifugal force of the impeller to the liquid, but uses the thrust of the rotating impeller blade to make the liquid flow along the direction of the pump shaft. When the pump shaft is driven by the motor rotation because the blade and the pump shaft axis have a certain spiral Angle, the liquid thrust (or called lift), the liquid will be pushed out along the discharge pipe When the liquid is pushed out, the original position will form a local vacuum, the outside liquid under the action of atmospheric pressure, will be sucked into the impeller along the inlet pipe. As long as the impeller keeps rotating, the pump can constantly inhale and discharge liquid.
Application range
The axial flow pump can be widely used in the chemical industry, non-ferrous metal, salt making, light industry, evaporation, crystallization, chemical reaction, and other processes, its typical application range is as follows:
Phosphate fertilizer plant: forced circulation of medium in the wet phosphoric acid concentrator and ammonium phosphate slurry concentrator.
Bayer aluminum oxide plant: Forced circulation of sodium aluminate evaporator medium.
Diaphragm caustic soda plant: forced circulation of the evaporator medium containing NaCl.
Vacuum salt production: NaCl evaporator medium forced circulation pump.
Mirabilite Factory: Na2SO4 evaporator medium forced circulation pump.
Hydrometallurgical plant: forced circulation of evaporating crystallizer medium such as copper sulfate and nickel sulfate.
Alkali refinery: cold crystallizer in ammonium chloride process and forced circulation of ammonia mother liquor in the salting-out crystallizer.
Pure alkali plant: the recovery process of the waste liquid of steam ammonium, the forced circulation of CaCl2 evaporator medium.
Paper mill: Forced circulation of night concentrator medium.
Power plant: flue gas desulphurization, coking plant, and chemical fiber plant ammonium sulfate evaporation crystallizer media forced cycle.
Light industry: Forced circulation of working medium such as alcohol concentration, citric acid evaporation, and sugar evaporation.
